About the role
- The employee must occasionally lift or carry a maximum of 90 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Collaboratively provide Tier 2/3 product support and troubleshooting for GSSI pavement and transportation hardware and software products
- Conduct and lead customer training, onboarding, and field implementation of GSSI pavement and transportation products
- Capture and communicate customer feedback to Product Management for roadmap consideration and proactively support early-stage new product development efforts
Requirements
- Some international travel may be required.
- A minimum of 3 years experience with pavement process control, including in the lab or in the field is required
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate clearly across audiences

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk hear, and use fine motor skills.
- The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and reach.
- The employee is occasionally required to bend, kneel, squat, climb, and lift.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred; instructional experience or certification a plus.
- 3+ years in a technical support, applications, or product-focused role
