About the role

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with advanced expertise in software development and AI/ML applications.

Develop and maintain software applications using Java or Python.
Design and implement AI/ML applications in production environments.
Build conversational AI solutions, including chatbots and voicebots with speech-to-text and text-to-speech integration.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, ECS/EKS), and infrastructure-as-code.
Design APIs (REST, GraphQL) and develop microservices and event-driven systems.

Bachelor's degree is required.
10+ years of software development experience in Java or Python.
Proficiency with AI/ML architectures and orchestration frameworks.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies.
Strong understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based solutions.
Proven skills in prompt engineering and conversational AI development.
Knowledge of responsible AI practices and evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs.
