Responsibilities
- Support projects with a goal of delivering on time, on budget, and with positive and measurable outcomes
- complete workflow design, system configuration, testing, data migration, validation, support, and issue resolution
- Execute and participate in successful implementation of design decisions, tailoring applications to meet departmental/organizational requirements and expectations
- Support sales efforts including scoping, orals, and preparing presentations
- Support, develop, and adopt standards, policies, and best practices related to Nordic's Workday Services offerings
- Develop testing scenarios that correlate with client-approved workflows and design
- Performing detailed analysis to draw independent conclusions, and develop pertinent and insightful recommendations

- Ability to identify, scope, estimate, and support sales opportunities
- Ability to develop new offerings, services, and support go-to-market strategies
Skills
- Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 1 years of Workday experience, either as a consultant or as a hands-on Workday administrator
- Active Workday certification in Orchestrate or Studio, or 3 years of hands-on configuration experience in multiple Workday modules required
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Able to balance urgent, short-term needs with strategic, long-term priorities
- Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization, as well as with diverse candidates, consultants, and client bases
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, computers, email, correspondence, and spreadsheets
- Must demonstrate and embody Nordic's maxims
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
