About the role
- You will translate complex, high-stakes workflows into experiences that feel intuitive, purposeful, and polished, across a diverse set of user personas including engineers, lawyers, compliance teams, executives, and more.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve the product experience
Responsibilities
- Own the full design process end-to-end, from user research and wireframes through to high-fidelity prototypes and production-ready specs
- Design distinct workflow experiences for multiple user personas, each with different mental models, data visibility requirements, and expectations
- Work closely with the CEO and product managers to translate product requirements into design solutions that are both beautiful and functional
- Partner with frontend engineers to ensure designs are implemented with fidelity and craft
- As Product Designer at Linero, you will own the end-to-end design of a platform used by some of the most demanding professionals in the world.
- Build and maintain Linero's design system: the component library, visual language, and interaction patterns that ensure consistency across the platform
- The opportunity to pioneer and innovate in design, while experiencing its immediate adoption at massive scale, across global enterprises
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of production-grade enterprise or SaaS product work
- you have genuine creative ambition, a distinctive point of view, and a portfolio that proves it
- Experience designing complex, data-rich enterprise products with multiple user roles and permission levels
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tooling
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where you are the only designer and ownership is total
- you are opinionated about what great looks like and you fight for it
