About the role
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to join our tax team.
- This role reports to the Director, Income Tax.
- Assist external consultants with the timely preparation and filing of statutory financial statements in foreign jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will manage the company's federal, state, and international income tax compliance, accounting for income taxes (ASC 740), and tax planning initiatives.
- Manage the preparation and timely filing of all federal, state, and international tax returns.
- Manage tax calendars, estimated payments, extensions, and ensure timely, accurate filings across all jurisdictions.
- Identify and implement tax planning strategies to effectively manage the company's tax exposure and optimize cash flow.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of senior tax associates, fostering a high-performance environment.
- Review and improve internal tax processes and technology to drive efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, and a
- Minimum of 5 years of corporate tax experience.
- Experience with SEC public company reporting.
- Experience with foreign income tax provisions
Nice to have
- A master's degree and CPA license are preferred.

Compensation
- Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $115,000 -$140,000 + Bonus.
- Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
- Manage the quarterly and annual income tax provision (ASC 740), including calculating current and deferred income taxes, ETR reconciliation, and ensuring appropriate documentation for financial statement disclosures.
