About the role
- The Fleet Tire Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of new and retreaded commercial truck tires, along with related products and services, across assigned Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Center locations.

Responsibilities
- Manage customer engagement through sales calls, activity tracking, and weekly reporting.
- Drive retread sales growth, including mounted wheel programs.
- Build strong customer and internal relationships to support satisfaction and results.
Requirements
- Direct selling experience in a business to business (B2B) environment.
- Experience managing a sales team in business to business (B2B) environment.
- An understanding of commercial tire product applications and experience in the field of auto, light truck, commercial and off-the-road tire products is desired.
