About the role
- include leading the global TME/AE team for products development and validation
- Work with marketing team for direct customer engagements, establish production roadmap and definition, and business strategy

- Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The base salary range for this position in California is $155,000 - $205,000. The base salary range for this position in Washington is $140,000 - $185,000.

- Co-work with marketing team for business strategy and execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional team from start (definition) to end (release) for product development.
- Hands-on experience in power electronics for DC/DC power conversion topologies, control theories, debug technics.
- Deep understanding of CPU/GPU system power architecture.
- Strong problem solving capabilities.
- Fluent communication skills in English, mandarin is a plus.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and strong leadership.
