Requirements
- Completion of and certification from an accredited Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program. - Current CPR certification, or the ability to obtain certification within four months of hire. - Working knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures. - Proficiency with computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR), along with strong telephone, verbal, and written communication skills. - Excellent customer service skills with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. - Self-motivated, dependable team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. - Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced clinical environment. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively and compassionately with patients, providers, and coworkers. - Previous medical office or clinical experience is preferred but not required. - Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
