About the role
- Summary of Role: This position is responsible for independently managing the drafting and negotiation of complex and strategically significant sales transactions.
- Expected Salary Range $130,000.00 - $227,000.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience at a law firm or comparable corporate environment in a sophisticated commercial transactions practice.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form with all levels of employees throughout the company.
- Proven success working in cross-functional and geographically diverse teams and utilizing available company resources effectively.
- Strong interest in and proven track record with challenging assignments.
