  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the internal expert on digital channels, staying ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, emerging technologies, betas, and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and tracking of paid digital channels to drive performance in strict alignment with budget and growth goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Analytics, MarTech, and Growth Product) to streamline all aspects of your managed channels.
  • Manage and optimize relationships with external client partners.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on channel performance and implement actionable findings with speed.
  • Drive innovation by designing and conducting rigorous tests, presenting results, and making strategic recommendations for new processes and tactics.

Requirements

  • Ability to work autonomously, learn rapidly, and prioritize effectively in a high-velocity startup environment.
  • Minimum of 8 years in direct response marketing, including 5+ years specifically managing performance marketing campaigns where user acquisition was the primary growth driver.
  • Operational Agility: Ability to work autonomously, learn rapidly, and prioritize effectively in a high-velocity startup environment.
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum of 8 years in direct response marketing, including 5+ years specifically managing performance marketing campaigns where user acquisition was the primary growth driver.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced MS Excel skills and the ability to leverage business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) to drive insights.

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated success in-house at a high-growth, direct response B2C startup (Fintech or Insurtech experience is preferred).

Compensation

  • The US national base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $266,000.
