About the role
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mechanical work, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer service.
- You'll work both in-house and at customer sites, maintaining and repairing mechanical and instrumentation equipment used in oil & gas, refinery, and industrial environments.
- This is a physically active role, requiring you to be on your feet most of the day and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Startup and Commissioning support
- Perform equipment retrofits, maintenance, and field service work
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Must maintain a clean driving record
Requirements
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manufacturing instructions
- Complete required documentation and ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Nice to have
- Experience in oil & gas, refinery, or industrial service environments
- Mechanical equipment and systems
- Basic electrical wiring or instrumentation
- Previous field service, maintenance, or technician experience
- Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- On your feet 90-95% of the workday
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Work in industrial environments, including oil & gas and refinery sites (travel required)
Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
