Responsibilities
- Team Members will be expected, if possible, to follow any other job-related instructions and perform any other job-related tasks as requested.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, navigation buttons, and search fields.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and flow
- Collaborate with marketing and other business units to develop customer journeys, personas, and service blueprints.
- Provide design support to our technical operations staff when they are building, deploying, configuring, and supporting systems for the users.
- Remain knowledgeable in the areas of market and industry trends relating to prevailing and emerging design principles and UX methodologies.

Requirements
- Strong preference for experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or other operationally complex domains.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma (including components, libraries, and prototyping) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Adobe XD, InVision, or Figma).
- Strong ability to define solutions, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Some travel required.
- Develop a strong understanding of how Trinity's applications operate, are structured, and how users operate with the applications.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with logistics or TMS platforms and the day-to-day work of brokers, carriers, and shippers.
- Experience designing both internal operational tools and external customer portals.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard design.
- Participation in a UI kit creation effort.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
- The employee frequently is required to stand
- use hands, arms and fingers to handle and lift objects up to 10 pounds.
- Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.
