About the role

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into working products and using technology to simplify complex work.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using standard engineering practices.
Contribute ideas that improve engineering practices, delivery speed, and overall solution quality.

Design, build, test, and maintain internal applications and digital tools that improve business and operational workflows.
Develop workflow automations that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and accelerate turnaround time.
Create data-driven solutions that help teams monitor performance, identify trends, and make better decisions.
Apply AI and analytics capabilities where they provide clear business value, including summarization, pattern detection, prediction, or process support.
Support solution deployment, troubleshooting, enhancement, and continuous improvement after launch.
Build dashboards, reports, or lightweight interfaces that make information easier to access and act on.
Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, and technical design discussions.

Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate needs into technical solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in at least one back end modern programming language such as Python, SQL, or C#.
Proficiency in at least one front end modern programming language such as Visual Basic, JavaScript, or Java.
Experience working with APIs, data integration, PLC, or system-to-system connectivity.
Familiarity with databases, SQL, and data transformation concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex business needs into practical technical solutions.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):

Experience with analytics, reporting, or dashboard tools.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, version control, and modern software development practices.
Experience working in manufacturing, operations, or plant-facing environments.

An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):

The expected base compensation for this role is: $98,300.00 - $150,700.00. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
