About the role
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of new services or products.
- Handle escalated client issues and complex operational challenges effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of financial services professionals, including performance reviews, coaching, and training.
- Implement and monitor departmental goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports to senior management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and cross-functional initiatives.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of SS&C products, services, and industry trends.
- In this role, you will lead and develop accounting teams, manage client expectations, and oversee critical deliverables including NAVs, financial statements, investor allocations, and waterfall calculations.
- Our teams design, implement, and operate solutions that help clients manage data, automate processes, and scale their businesses with confidence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with securities and financial products
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market operations.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex problems and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation
- The expected base salary for the position is between $85,000 USD to $155,000 USD.
