About the role

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of new services or products.
Handle escalated client issues and complex operational challenges effectively.

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of financial services professionals, including performance reviews, coaching, and training.
Implement and monitor departmental goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports to senior management.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client service.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and cross-functional initiatives.
Maintain a thorough understanding of SS&C products, services, and industry trends.
In this role, you will lead and develop accounting teams, manage client expectations, and oversee critical deliverables including NAVs, financial statements, investor allocations, and waterfall calculations.
Our teams design, implement, and operate solutions that help clients manage data, automate processes, and scale their businesses with confidence.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience working with securities and financial products
Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market operations.
Demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex problems and make sound decisions.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The expected base salary for the position is between $85,000 USD to $155,000 USD.
