About the role

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of new services or products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of financial services professionals, including performance reviews, coaching, and training.
  • Implement and monitor departmental goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of SS&C products, services, and industry trends.
  • In this role, you will lead and develop accounting teams, manage client expectations, and oversee critical deliverables including NAVs, financial statements, investor allocations, and waterfall calculations.
  • Our teams design, implement, and operate solutions that help clients manage data, automate processes, and scale their businesses with confidence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with securities and financial products
  • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex problems and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation

  • The expected base salary for the position is between $85,000 USD to $155,000 USD.
