About the role

- Apply advanced color-correction and/or color grading, audio enhancements, and visual effects to enhance the overall quality of the video.
- Ensure that the final edit aligns with the creative vision and objectives established by the task owner.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced-level video editing tasks, including cutting, trimming, and sequencing footage to create a coherent narrative.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Perform advanced color grading and correction to achieve the desired look and mood for the video.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the Junior Video Editor(s) to support their growth and development.

- Loudr is searching for a talented and experienced Lead Video Editor to join our team.
- The Lead Video Editor will be responsible for advanced editing and post-production task management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in video editing (this is not a Junior Video Editor position).
- Strong knowledge of video production equipment and the pre-production process.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate possesses strong editing skills, proficiency in video editing software, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in storytelling, motion graphics design, animation and video production.
- Proficient in video editing and motion graphics software such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in film or video production or a related field is preferred.
- Agency experience or a background in marketing and/or advertising is preferred but not required.
Compensation
- $60,000-$80,000 per year
