About the role
- Crusoe is seeking a detail-oriented Project Controls Analyst to play a key role in ensuring effective cost management in a fast-growing business.
- As a Project Controls Analyst, you will be focused on project tracking, forecasting, performance monitoring, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
- Reporting to the Project Control Manager the individual will work closely with Procurement, Accounting and Finance teams.
Responsibilities
- This role will provide support to project managers and teams across a portfolio of projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to establish project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
- Maintain organized project documentation
Requirements
- 2- 5 years of experience in cost controls or financial analysis.
- Ability to multi task and balance responsibilities in a dynamic environment
Nice to have
- Experience in construction, oil & gas, or engineering industry preferred
Skills

Compensation
- Compensation will be paid in the range of $45 - $50/hr.
- Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
