About the role

  • Our household runs on love and routine, but with a demanding medical schedule on one end and part-time remote work on the other, the day-to-day can move quickly and require a great deal of coordination behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

  • You understand how to create structure while making children feel seen, supported, and loved.
  • You are confident enough to take ownership when needed, and intuitive enough to know when to step back and support from behind the scenes.

Nice to have

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • CPR and First Aid certified, or willing to obtain upon employment.
  • Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and navigate multi-level home.

Compensation

  • $28-$32 per hour Start Date: ASAP Requirements Maintain a smoke-free and drug-free environment.
