Responsibilities
- Assist in strategy development and tactical rollout of paid search, YouTube, and native text campaigns Perform competitive audits, keyword research, and develop ad copy for assigned clients that align with overarching brand goals and strategies
- Coordinate with at least one analysts and QA their work to ensure alignment with Fingerpaint and industry best practices Collaborate with Paid Search supervisor on the growth and development of the team through training, goal setting, and mentorship
- Coordinate with internal teams to complete keyword research and develop ad copy that align with best practices Oversee campaign performance, working media budgets, and optimizations in a hands-on manner Conduct quality assurance of associate team's work across implementation and ongoing management, including for financials

- You will be instrumental in crafting a cohesive narrative across platforms, ensuring our advertising campaigns resonate, perform, and keep up with the dynamic, ever-evolving digital landscape.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in managing Paid Search accounts.
