Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize business systems that support intake, purchasing, invoicing, and related workflows
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, increase adoption, and support scalable system solutions
  • Manage user access, approvals, workflows, and configurations to ensure systems are accurate, efficient, and compliant
  • Support supplier onboarding, catalog setup, catalog maintenance, and system-related process updates
  • Support requisitions, purchase orders, supplier records, and supplier governance processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with procurement operations, ERP, eProcurement, I2P/P2P, eCatalog, supplier enablement, contracts

Nice to have

  • Experience with procurement or intake management platforms/solutions like Coupa and/or Levelpath
  • Analyze data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and recommend practical business solutions
  • Knowledge of and experience with SaaS software, including implementation and configuration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs

Compensation

  • $70,200.00 - $111,000.00
  • The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location.
  • Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
