About the role

Requirements
- Ability to work across functional area boundaries
- Ability to follow up with staff and keep work tasks on track
Nice to have
- High school Diploma required, Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant engineering experience required
- 3 years leadership/supervisory experience
- Understanding of plant and equipment reliability preferred
- 4 years cGMP experience preferred.
- Well-developed hands-on experience with Process Mechanical Systems including facilities and utility equipment.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical systems and processes
Compensation
- The base salary hiring range for this position is $119,600 - $149,500 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
