About the role

Your primary focus will be to define and execute strategic plans that increase user activation and engagement.
By implementing tailored strategies for different user segments, you will encourage interaction with key features and products, reduce churn rates, and attract both new and existing users.

Lead the development of product features and experiences that increase user activation and engagement.
Conduct data-driven experiments to optimize the first 30 day user experience.
Own the quality of the product and have a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality to deliver best in class products.
In this role, you will work closely with product, marketing, engineering, and analytics teams to drive Gemini Exchange's global growth initiatives.

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of taking products from ideation to launch.
Experience with retail-focused products.
Experience with design team collaboration, usability testing, and gathering user analytics.
Proficiency in organization, prioritization, and attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple projects with concurrent timelines.
This role is required to be in person twice a week at our New York City, NY office.

Experience in regulated industries, FinTech, cryptocurrency, or retail banking preferred.
Knowledge of and experience with:
Cryptocurrencies and/or blockchain technology.
Financial technology, such as exchanges or trading platforms.
Fast-paced startup environment.

The base salary range for this role is between $168,000 - $240,000 in the State of New York.
When determining a candidate's compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
