Responsibilities

  • Empower our Members to build stronger, smarter businesses through financial clarity, strategic partnership, and operational excellence.
  • In this role, you won't just be preparing financial reports - you'll be providing clarity, structure, and strategic support to help our Members make smarter decisions.
  • You'll manage a portfolio of businesses, lead accounting operations, and contribute to the evolution of our tech-first, AI-powered financial services.
  • What you'll achieve Deliver accurate, timely financial reports that empower our Members to make smarter, data-driven decisions.
  • Maintain clean, audit-ready books by managing balance sheets, P&L statements, and account reconciliations - so our Members can sleep better at night.
  • Help Members stay compliant and stress-free by managing tax liabilities and preparing documents for audits and financial reviews.
  • Mentor junior accountants and help raise the bar for the entire team, ensuring every Member gets top-tier support.

Requirements

  • Experience & Expertise 5+ years of professional accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (required).
  • 2+ years working in an accounting firm or similar fast-paced, multi-client environment.
  • Deep knowledge of GAAP and strong Excel skills - pivot tables and VLOOKUPs are your love language.

Nice to have

  • CPA or CMA certification is a plus, but not required.
  • Prior experience implementing accounting software or systems is a big plus.

Compensation

  • $80k-$88k
