About the role

Responsibilities

We champion cranberries and support the farmers who grow them.
Ability to perform these operations using units, weight measurement, volume and distance.
Ability to perform responsibilities for a 12-hour

Requirements

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to add and subtract, multiply and divide.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to adhere to all Plant Safety, GMP's and Operating guidelines and rules.

Ocean Spray is hiring Entry‑Level Production Resources Technicians for night shift at our Wisconsin Rapids Production Plant -this is more than just a job
You'll start at $22.50/hour plus a $1.25/hour night shift differential, with training and opportunities to move into higher‑paying roles and potentially transition to day shift as openings come up.
This is a full‑time, year‑round position on a 12‑hour 2‑2‑3 schedule (4:00 p.m.-4:00 a.m.), which means you get Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off every other week.
You'll work indoors in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment making Sweetened Dried Cranberries (Craisins) with a team that values growth and stability.
High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
Forklift experience preferred.
