Responsibilities

  • As a trusted partner to our clients, we deliver reliable, high-quality results, grounded in a deep understanding of local context and regional needs.
  • Use civil engineering design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, or similar) to draft plans, create models, and develop design documents.
  • Prepare calculations, reports, and technical documentation to support engineering analyses and design decisions.
  • Support senior engineers and project managers by completing assigned project tasks, coordinating with cross‑disciplinary teams, and maintaining organized project files.
  • Apply engineering principles to solve design challenges, evaluate alternatives, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Participate in site visits and learn construction methods, helping ensure design intent is met during project execution.
  • Manage deadlines and deliverables, contributing to a positive client experience and successful project outcomes.
  • Under the guidance of a Professional Engineer, the entry civil engineer will learn and support the planning, design, and delivery of infrastructure projects that strengthen the local communities we serve.
  • In this role, you will contribute to technical engineering work, collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, and help bring projects from concept through construction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction engineering technology, or equivalent ABET-accredited engineering program
