- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members
- Professionally greet tenants and visitors
- Assist with general office and administrative support
- Monitor building entrances and security cameras
- Prevent unauthorized access and discourage badge piggybacking
- Issue visitor badges and coordinate credential verification with security personnel
- Responsibilies Include:
- Maintain accurate visitor logs
- Report suspicious activity and safety threats to security officers promptly
