Responsibilities

  • Design, own, and execute a best-in-class 30/60/90-day onboarding program that quickly accelerates new BDRs to full productivity.
  • Organize and maintain a centralized content repository packed with tailored sales playbooks, scripts, email templates, and battle cards to meet the BDR team's exact needs.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to seamlessly translate technical product releases, competitive intelligence, and marketing initiatives into easy-to-digest, actionable sales content.

Requirements

  • You bring 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or a similar training and development role, with a strong, dedicated focus on the Business Development/SDR function.
  • You have a deep understanding of the BDR motion, modern prospecting techniques, and the absolute best practices for high-velocity pipeline generation.
  • You showcase exceptional presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills, with the undeniable ability to command a room (whether virtual or in-person).
