About the role
- We're looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our team in a full time capacity to assist with candidate onboarding, coordination and recruiting operations.
- This is a great entry point for someone with strong organizational skills, comfort talking to candidates on the phone, and an interest in breaking into technical recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Candidate Coordination & Support
- Manage scheduling, communication, onboarding, and interview coordination between candidates and companies
- Support team operations by ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
- Gain exposure to the AI/tech recruiting landscape and start building technical recruiting skills
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of recruiting experience or similar professional experience
Nice to have
- Familiarity with scheduling, applicant tracking systems, or sourcing tools
- Experience using AI tools in your work
- This is a FTE role offering $70-80K+, dependent on experience
