About the role

• Transdev is Hiring a Junior HR Project Manager (VIE) – Berlin, Germany Key Responsibilities - Deploy HR initiatives and day-to-day activities across Transdev Germany's headquarters and its 56 subsidiaries. - Support strategic HR projects from a content, conceptual and organisational standpoint, and independently manage smaller projects in talent management,
• learning and development, recruitment and diversity. - Co-organise our young talent programme and contribute to V.I.E. recruitment, helping identify and grow the next generation of talent. - Drive our diversity agenda by supporting communication campaigns, the women's mentoring programme and the female network. - Collaborate closely with the HR project
