- The Territory Manager will be a key production member reporting to the SVP, Head of Canada Branch.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary business development partner for a defined set of brokers.
- Conduct regular meetings and sales calls to broker partners to execute defined plans, measure progress, and achieve established KPI's.
- Implement strategies to increase production with the intent of writing profitable business.
- Increase large account production among a short list of specified broker partners.
- Proactively manage underperforming brokers, as needed.
- Build relationships and positive awareness of PURE among important COIs
- Actively participate and collaborate with key internal stakeholders for the development of the region/territory growth and profit plan and oversee its successful execution.
- Build relationships and positive awareness of PURE among important COIs; and,
- The primary goal of this position is to develop and execute business development plans to drive PURE's growth in their specified territories.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, lead, and inspire others.
Requirements
- 5+ years of personal lines property and casualty insurance experience in sales, marketing, or underwriting.
- Overnight travel may be required.
- Comfort level calling on wealth advisors and other centers of influence.
- Ability to quickly establish trust and credibility.
Nice to have
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients preferred.
Compensation
- The base salary for this role can range from $100,000 CAD to $132,000 CAD based on a full-time work schedule.
