Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions for the Robotics Process Automation Team.
- Plan, analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions that drive process optimization, operational efficiency, and value delivery across multiple business lines within consumer, commercial and private banking.
- Collaborate with Business Improvement Consultants, Business Analysts, and subject-matter experts to gather business and system requirements, understand process maps, and define use cases targeted for automation.
- Translate requirements into Process Definition Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and detailed test scripts using Task Mining, Microsoft Visio, Lucid, and Confluence.
