About the role
- We're hiring a Growth Marketer to help scale Conversion's go-to-market from the ground up.
- You'll be a key early GTM hire and will define our growth playbook, channel strategy, and campaign execution from day one.
- This role is in-person 5 days/week in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute field events and executive dinners that create high-quality pipeline
- Own paid acquisition across channels, running experiments to drive efficient growth
- Launch and manage webinar programs that educate prospects and generate demand
- Build and scale our SEO presence to capture high-intent organic traffic
- Are excited to experiment across channels and build pipeline from scratch
- Enjoy collaborating with sales, product, and design teams to drive results
