About the role

  • This position provides advanced technical expertise for email systems, secure messaging services, compliance technologies, email security solutions, and supporting infrastructure.
  • The analyst serves as a subject matter expert and works closely with engineering teams, cybersecurity, application owners, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and compliant messaging services.
  • The pay range for this position is $74,600.00 - $124,400.00 Annual (USD).

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, maintain, and enhance enterprise messaging platforms and supporting infrastructure.
  • Lead technical assessments and implementation activities related to messaging modernization, migrations, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
  • Provide advanced Level 3 support for messaging infrastructure incidents, problems, and escalations.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
  • Participate in on-call support and major incident response activities.
  • Support secure email, encryption, retention, archiving, eDiscovery, and compliance solutions.
  • Partner with Cybersecurity, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to enforce messaging security controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate and implement security enhancements to reduce operational risk and improve platform resilience.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and email security technologies.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale email environments and mail flow architectures.
  • Experience with messaging compliance, archiving, retention, encryption, and email security solutions.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure and application integration issues.
  • Ability to influence technical decisions across multiple teams and disciplines.
