Responsibilities
- As a key representative of the bank's digital customer experience and sustainability mission, you'll also deliver an exceptional client experience through proactive communication, inbox management, and outbound outreach, including cross-selling additional bank solutions.
- Route completed loan files to Document Preparation and Underwriting teams.
- Manage the Clean Energy Lending inbox to ensure timely responses.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and conduct outbound sales calls to drive revenue growth.
- Support sales campaigns, digital banking initiatives, and training/adoption efforts.
- Question suspicious activity and collaborate closely with the respective department(s) to help prevent fraudulent activity.

Compensation
- In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives and equity. Actual compensation is based on industry salary ranges, internal salary structures, experience, skills and other job-related factors.
