About the role
- McKee Foods is seeking a 1st Shift Packaging Maintenance Supervisor to join our Maintenance team.
- Provide technical training and assistance to the workforce
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a packaging maintenance workforce in maintaining plant equipment
- Provide the production department with operational support
- Support and implement Manufacturing to a Standard
Requirements
- Ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing precision maintenance
- Must be willing to work other shifts when necessary
Nice to have
- Previous supervisory and/or management experience
- Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance experience
- Mechanical background in a manufacturing environment
- Previous food and beverage manufacturing experience
- Preventive maintenance experience
- Industrial electrical knowledge
- Production maintenance experience
- Planning and schedule using CMMS software
Compensation
- $87,500 - $99,800/ year, depending on experience and qualifications.
