Responsibilities
- Perform investigations, surveys, and testing of existing buildings to identify and diagnose deficiencies contributing to damage or deterioration. -Critically analyze plans, specifications, and calculations prepared by others.
- Assist with developing project proposals and reviewing agreements.
- Perform or review condition appraisals, develop repair schemes, and provide repair recommendations.
- Complete and maintain all project documentation in project management software.
- Manage multiple projects. -Maintain, market, and promote restoration and forensic engineering consulting services to new and existing clients.
- Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering, Architecture, or similar.
- Ability to travel to project sites.
Nice to have
- Professional license in architecture, structural engineering preferred or actively pursuing licensure
- 5+ years of experience preferred in forensic engineering, structural restoration, building repair, or related consulting fields.

- Annual discretionary bonus program
