Requirements

  • Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, managing HVAC projects with increasing responsibility.
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) License and proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit are strong advantages.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • You bring a minimum of 10 years of experience leading engineering teams in the commercial market, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Extensive experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, managing HVAC projects with increasing responsibility.

Compensation
