About the role
- Use programmable logic controller(s) to isolate faulty electrical/electronic equipment.
- Upon completion of equipment repair, check work to insure proper operation.
Responsibilities
- C. variable speed drives, solid state boards, electronic process control devices and electronic scales.
- Perform operational and functional tests to determine equipment or instrument malfunctions; fabricate reworks and install necessary parts and accessories.
- Prepare and maintain loss reports, charts and other paper work incidental to duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Perform work duties in accordance with Quality System Manual procedures.
Requirements
- Experience preferred 5 years of experience in industrial electrical/electronic maintenance.
- Ability to access all areas of the plant and perform repairs and maintenance as required to ensure peak performance of the equipment.
Skills
- Use necessary test instruments, test equipment and tools such as: voltmeters, ampere meters, and other electrical analyzing equipment.
