As a Field Service Representative I, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

One (1) year of customer-facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution.
Current, valid Driver's License.

Associate degree or higher from an accredited institution.
Ability to work a non-traditional work schedule, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and participation in on-call duties.
The expected compensation range for this position is $40,480 - $55,660, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.

Preparing medical device equipment, including cleaning, disinfecting, and processing associated documentation and disposables for delivery.
Managing inventory of assets, parts, disposables, and supplies, including locating missing or misplaced equipment as needed.
Loading and unloading medical equipment and supplies from company vehicles and assisting with general facility housekeeping activities.
Participating in training and scheduled business activities, including occasional commercial air travel.
