Responsibilities
- Maintains utmost level of confidentiality at all times.

- Scheduling/Telephone Support
- Document cancellations/no-shows in the appropriate scheduling system.
- Document telephone encounters as appropriate to clinic/department.
- Manage an appointment waiting list.
