About the role
- Furthermore, the Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the work of others under the supervision of a manager.
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these members.

Responsibilities
- Manage overall quality control plan inspections - compliance to tasks, actions around issues determined from inspections, and employees' activities, lunch/break schedules Maintain quality control process, support activities around ISO quality management, and be the quality representative on the process floor Conduct failure analysis and execute corrective action plans designated to be related to process quality Supervise a quality team consisting of technicians and inspectors.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with applicable laws Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems following the company's established policies and procedures Develop process flow improvements to support efficiency, ergonomics, or cost reduction
Requirements
- Basic/Required: High School
- Additionally, the Supervisor is in charge of scheduling staff based on materials supply inventory, staffing resources, and volumes required to meet demand and to ensure maximum quantity and quality.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical
- Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment with products including batteries, electronic components, quality management, etc.
- Experience utilizing quality management tools including SPC, FTA, FMEA, etc.
