Responsibilities
- Drive negotiations for interconnection agreements, shared facilities and other co-tenancy agreements, transmission service agreements, distribution arrangements and other utility infrastructure agreements
- Own the power-related portions of project financing deliverables, including diligence requirements and lender covenants.
- Manage legal risks and disputes related to operating assets.

Requirements
- This role provides the essential drafting, diligence and legal oversight required for the execution of the company's energy and related infrastructure strategy.
- Success in this role depends on your ability to align energy obligations with construction schedules, financing covenants, and customer commitments.
- You possess deep knowledge of the North American power grid, including interconnection, transmission and distribution approval processes, and complex tariff structures.
