TURN COMPLEX IMPLEMENTATIONS INTO SUCCESSFUL CUSTOMER OUTCOMES EARLY HOURS.

This isn't a role where you simply track timelines or coordinate meetings.

Own the successful delivery of enterprise customer implementations from onboarding through launch
Serve as the primary customer-facing lead during implementation
Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Delivery, Sales, and Support teams
Identify product gaps and collaborate with Product teams on enhancements
Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Own enterprise deployments from onboarding through launch, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver measurable customer value.
Work directly with customer engineering teams to design integrations, define data flows, and implement scalable solutions using Bidgely's platform.
The strongest TPMs here don't just manage timelines.
They own outcomes.

5-7 years managing software implementation or integration programs at a technology company
Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams and offshore engineering resources
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Ability to travel internationally up to 50%, primarily to Europe with occasional multi-week stays. (No history of being denied entry to other countries)

Italian language skills (written and spoken) with the ability to discuss technical topics is preferred
Experience working at a SaaS startup or high-growth technology company
Background in systems integration consulting
Familiarity with SQL, Python, REST APIs, or data transformation technologies
Experience in the energy, utilities, or energy efficiency sector
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

You'll own the delivery and technical implementation of Bidgely's platform for enterprise utility customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation, helping customers understand the platform and confidently move through deployment.
Ensure customers achieve their goals post-deployment and help uncover opportunities for deeper platform adoption.
Customers view you as a trusted advisor who can navigate technical complexity and keep projects moving.
Your work directly contributes to successful launches, satisfied customers, and expansion opportunities.
