About the role
- Location US-Ohio-Middlefield Overview To provide leadership to the Shipping and Receiving Department and ensure the day-to-day execution of all shipping and receiving activities.
- To ensure consistency of accurate verification and record keeping of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- To ensure the preparation of and delivery of consistent packaging, material handling and inventory control.
Responsibilities
- Manage carbon black silo levels.
- Manage the scrap pallet process, disposal/recycling of cardboard and empty oil totes and drums.

- Supervise the coordination, completeness, accuracy, and condition of all incoming and outgoing products ensuring that all are properly labeled, and necessary paperwork is documented and maintained.
- Ensure all products are appropriately packaged and labeled.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Ensure all Associates are trained to meet the requirements of their jobs.
