The team tackles challenging engineering problems ranging from electric vertical take-off platforms (EVTOL), to space tourism.
Answer Engineering is a casual work environment where discussions take place in the open, events are frequent including company BBQs and ski trips, and our office remains stocked with a variety of snacks and beverage options.

Create prototype aerospace parts for testing, proof of concept, and display
Work from solid models, engineering drawings, written work instructions and process specifications to build and assemble mechanical components
Perform prepreg and wet layup fabrication, including vacuum bagging, bonding, and oven/autoclave curing
Identify and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance shop safety, quality, and efficiency
Support first article builds and the transition from development to production
