About the role

The group provides comprehensive breadth and depth of coverage across four core services: clearing, agency and execution, market making, and hedging and investment solutions.

Provide support for all trading and back-office platforms offered by Marex to both internal and external client base.
Manage new system implementation.
Support vendor systems upgrades and implementation.
Support exchange relationships and project manage mandatory upgrades.
Manage client technical requirements within Marex technology department.
Create and deploy PowerShell scripts providing a range of business functions.

Experience in a financial services firm/institution, ideally prime services business.
Experience with ITIL and change management processes.
General front-to-back knowledge of the flow for trading/clearing/operational process of prime services/brokerage business preferable.
Knowledge and expertise in high frequency trading platforms.
Experience in technical onboarding of new APIs and systems.
Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
Competencies: Proven ability to proactively pick up issues and improve processes.
Ability to take a high level of responsibility in a fast pace and high-volume environment.
