About the role

  • We are seeking a Commissioning Manager, Mechanical Data Centers with experience leading chilled water, HVAC, and overall mechanical commissioning efforts for our high-performance Data Centers.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of pre-commissioning and commissioning across all commissioning phases (Level 1-5) for mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving issues during startup and providing ongoing system support.
  • There are groups building AI who don't share these goals.
  • We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them - with teams spanning hardware and software.

Requirements

  • Knowledge & experience with InterNational Electrical Testing Association (NETA) test specifications
  • The ideal candidate shall possess theoretical and practical knowledge in the commissioning, testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems and related controls.
  • Knowledge & experience with applicable mechanical testing, balancing, flushing, pressure testing, and startup procedures for mission critical infrastructure.
  • The ideal candidate shall possess theoretical and practical knowledge in the commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and operation of mechanical systems and related controls.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of control systems and electrical systems experience is a plus.
  • BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering with 5 or more years of mission-critical project experience, or relevant and applicable industry experience.
  • Minimum of 5 or more years of experience in Hyperscale Data Center commissioning with mission-critical project experience, or relevant and applicable industry experience.
