About the role
- Any applicants living outside of Nevada will not be considered.** Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Compliance Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) in accordance with GAAP.
- Ensure timely and accurate closing processes.
- Accounting Operations Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
Responsibilities
- Manage tax compliance and reporting obligations.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls.
- Coordinate external audits and support audit requests.
- Provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Strategic Partnership Collaborate with senior executives on financial planning, long-term strategy, and operational efficiency.
- Support strategic initiatives with financial analysis and modeling.
- Position Summary The Director of Finance will lead Odorzx Inc.'s accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and effective financial processes across the business.
Requirements
- Skills Deep knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices.
- Advanced Excel and financial ERP system proficiency.
Nice to have
- CPA or CMA strongly preferred.
- Master's degree or advanced coursework a plus.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Budgeting & Forecasting Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles.
