About the role

The Construction Services Manager serves as the liaison between clients, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout the construction phase of projects.
This individual acts as an on-site representative of the firm, protecting the owner's interests by monitoring project progress, quality standards, and schedule adherence.

Read and interpret construction documents, specifications, submittals, and project schedules.
Observe contractor performance and adherence to project quality standards, contract documents, and schedule requirements.
Document site observations, project progress, and field conditions through reports and meeting documentation.
Coordinate with internal architectural and engineering teams to support timely resolution of field issues.
Support a positive client experience through responsive communication and professional relationship management.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and project schedules.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing project demands, and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, clients, consultants, and contractors.

3+ years of construction administration, construction management, or related field experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license required.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and exercise sound judgment in the field.

Experience with PlanGrid, Procore, or similar construction management software preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
