- The Solutions Engineer operates as an independent technical contributor, owning end-to-end solution development from RFQ through order and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver technical presentations as a subject matter expert to design engineering groups.
- Perform and support market research and provide insights for the machine design industry.
- Help us continue to build a world-class organization that values the contributions of all of our teammates

- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve growth goals.
- Ensure compliance to quality and work as needed with Customer Service and Procurement to resolve quality claims.
- Identify internal inefficiencies and suggest solutions
- Generate expert technical content for webinars, seminars, videos, websites, catalogs, and other marketing collateral to increase product and brand awareness.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Robotics, Automation, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3 years of Application/Mechanical engineering experience preferred.
- Sizing and specifying mechanical assemblies with assembly capabilities.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment preferred.
Compensation
- $64,000 to $90,000 per year, based upon experience
