Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience supporting data management, administrative systems, or information technology functions.
- Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, and standard business software applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience supporting government or Department of Defense organizations is desirable but not required.

Skills
- Assist with importing, exporting, and organizing data files in accordance with established procedures.
- Coordinate with project staff and system users to resolve routine data issues and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist with testing new system features, data updates, and process improvements before implementation.
- Monitor scheduled data transfers and report any issues requiring corrective action.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve data management processes and operational efficiency.
